Restriction on the sale of diesel fuel – HB4141 (oregonlegislature.gov)
This bill would restrict the sale of diesel fuel, in favor of renewable diesel. While we support the use of renewable diesel, it is not yet competitive in terms of cost or supply. NATA has joined many other trade associations in the state in saying “not yet” to this restriction. See here for that position: No on HB 4141 Coalition letter.
